Don is CEO of RV-MAX Service Solutions. He has 26 years of experience in the RV business as a Dealer and General Manager representing products such as Winnebago, Fleetwood, Coachman, Coleman and Jayco. In 2000 he launched his new career by starting his performance based training company, RV-MAX.
